Typisch für die Schweiz: der Schweizer Kasten (eine Art “Bienenschrank”, auch Hinterbehandlungsbeute genannt). In diesen Kästen sind die Waben sind nicht wie in den meisten Magazinen von oben zugänglich, sondern von hinten.
